It is our ambition to process and ship every order in three business days or less. Your order is considered to have been “placed” and waiting for processing after You have received email confirmation of the order details. An additional email confirmation will be provided when Your order has been shipped from Our facility. We reserve the right to send Your order using any shipping service that is available or expedient to Us if the shipping method You select is not available or feasible to be carried out in a timely fashion. Shipping costs and time frames may vary based on the final destination and the size of Your order. Payment options are available through Our payment processing service in the website store. Accepted payment options are subject to change at any time with or without notice. We cannot accept physical payments originating from countries other than the United States. We can accept United States based checks, cashier’s checks, and money orders. If You would prefer to pay for Your order via check, cashier’s check, or money order, You can select “physical payment” in the store check out. Your order will be shipped within three business days after we receive Your payment and confirm the funds are available and the payment is acceptable by these standards. You will receive an email notification of order cancellation if We are unable to accept Your physical payment. In the event of cancellation, a response letter and/or email will be sent to you with an explanation for the cancellation. No attempt will be made to collect funds from the payment method for an order that has been cancelled.

All sales are final unless otherwise specified by special notice in the e-commerce store. We do not accept returns, however, if Your product arrived in a damaged condition or does not function as intended, it may be exchanged for an undamaged product. If You need to request an exchange, please visit our Contact Us page to submit your request using the Exchange Authorization form. Any request of this nature must be submitted within one week of you receiving of the product(s).

We reserve the right to refuse service or fulfillment of orders placed by Users who violate any portion of the Policies at Our discretion.
