The Story of Neck Reigned Publishing
Releasing musical projects to the public is easier for singer-songwriters and musicians today than it has ever been before. With a screen and a good internet signal, anyone can join the audience for a performance or listen to a new recording. While releases have become easier to produce, there are still legal realities that follow along with every song.
Neck Reigned Publishing, LLC was established in order to make sure the release of Terry Frank’s music ministry was dually processed in an upright fashion. The songs on “Freewill Offering” and the videos that will be released in the future are all a part of Terry Frank’s creator agreement with the publishing company.
Neck Reigned Publishing is owned and operated by Terry Frank with assistance and contributions from Alexis Rhae.

Terry built a recording studio in his home in order to record, mix, and master all the songs released by Neck Reigned Publishing. As the business owner, he manages the studio and the creative musical direction of the releases. His Christian album “Freewill Offering” is currently available from Neck Reigned Publishing.

Alexis Rhae is the assistant producer in the studio and the administrative assistant maintaining the business and legal records for Neck Reigned Publishing. She is also a creator. Her Christian Fiction book The Wonderful Professor Wolgath is currently available from Neck Reigned Publishing.
